We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting the RushFiles environments hosted under rushfiles.cloud and northguardcloud.com.


Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue.


Affected Services 


The following services may currently be unavailable or inaccessible:

  • Web app access

  • Sync services for the Windows app, PC client, and mobile apps

  • File access through affected domains


Update: 12:30 PM CET (March 4, 2026)


Microsoft 365 for the web integration is now fully operational. All services are running normally.


Update: 12:10 PM CET (March 4, 2026)


Core services have now been restored and the environment is operational as of 12:10 PM CET.


However, Microsoft 365 for the web integration may still experience temporary instability.

Our engineers are currently investigating the root cause and working to restore normal service as soon as possible.
