We need to extend the maintenance period of our Microsoft 365 integration by 2 hours.

During this time, users may experience errors when opening or editing Office documents directly in the browser.

!UPDATE

The Microsoft 365 integration has been working normally again since approximately 14:40 CET on January 28.

Impact

Opening or editing Office documents via the web browser may fail until the maintenance is completed.

Workaround

Files can still be opened and edited using the desktop Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, or PowerPoint installed locally). Changes will sync as usual.
