Overview
We are announcing infrastructure and application maintenance of our authentication system throughout the month of September. The work carried out during this period will enable support for upcoming application updates. No downtime is expected during this period, but fluctuations in login times might occur.
Timeline
- Wednesday, September 10, 8:00 CEST
Maintenance period begins. Users from North and South America may experience slightly longer login times. - Wednesday, September 10, 12:00 – 13:00 CEST
The authentication system will be updated.
– Some web client users may be returned to the login screen and need to re-enter their email address.
– Some web client users may need to log out twice.
– This will only occur once after the update.
Native applications for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android will not be affected. - Monday, September 15, 12:00 CEST
Login times in North and South America are back to normal. - Monday, September 15 – Tuesday, September 30
Ongoing infrastructure maintenance. - Tuesday, September 30, 16:00 CEST
Maintenance period ends.
What to Expect
- No data loss is expected during this period.
- Users may notice longer login times or be prompted to re-enter credentials (web client only).
- Normal service will resume once the maintenance is completed.
