All RushFiles users have a primary company account, typically the first account they are invited to.

If you are a user on multiple company accounts, it's important to know that account-wide settings, such as 2FA settings, only apply to you if they are set on your primary company.

If you cannot access your account due to a lost 2FA authenticator device or email address, you should contact the administrators of your primary company account as they are the only ones that can temporarily disable 2FA for you.

As a user, you can see the name of your primary company using either the Web Client (Profile menu) or the PC Client (Top-left corner).
