As the name suggests, the Resellers menu is used for managing your sub resellers. For simplicity's sake, they will be referred to as "resellers" in this article.
To reach this page, click on in the left menu.
The reseller list is broken down into two parts - Activated and Deactivated - so it is easier to see active resellers first. To see deactivated resellers, scroll to the bottom of the page.
You can also use the "Filter" field to search for specific resellers.
Click on a reseller's name to see a basic overview of that reseller:
Reseller ID: shows the ID of the reseller.
Domain: shows the domain of the reseller.
Name: you can change the name of the reseller.
Integration: you can set the type of billing automation for this reseller.
Max users: you can set a maximum number of users this reseller can have. Use the toggle to enable/disable Unlimited users.
Max storage: you can set a maximum amount of storage (In GB) this reseller can have. Use the toggle to enable/disable Unlimited storage.
Activated: you can activate / deactivate this reseller.
Skinning allowed on this reseller: you can allow / disallow this reseller to reskin their solution.
Allow creation of subreseller: you can allow / disallow creation of further sub-resellers by this reseller.
Delete: deletes the reseller. You will need to confirm this operation.
Save: saves your changes.
You can Add new resellers with the Add Reseller button. Please note that your parent reseller can restrict your ability to create new resellers. In this case, the Add Reseller button is greyed out.
Notice theicon next to the resellers. Clicking that will make you "impersonate" that reseller. This means that you will act as an administrator on their reseller site.
This is to ensure that you have control over your clients, and provides an easy way to troubleshoot problems related to settings.
Click on the newly-appeared yellow button at the top of the page to navigate back to your reseller:
