The Devices menu



Manage


Every time your user logs into RushFiles from a new device or client, it is logged on our servers. You can see all this in the Devices menu. To get here, click on Devices in the left menu.


The Manage devices menu lists the following information.


✔   Device Name

✔   Device Type

✔   Last Login

✔   Country

✔   Status




To block a device from connecting with your credentials.


✔    Click on the "…" (Ellipsis) icon on the right-hand side.

✔    Click on the "Block" button.

✔    Click Yes in the newly appeared pop-up to confirm the device block or No to cancel it.




NoteThe block will also wipe all data downloaded from RushFiles shares from the device.
 

 



Logs


The Logs menu lets you see every login attempt with your credentials for a given date. By default, the date filter is set to "today". To change, click on the date next to Refresh, and choose the desired date.


The Logs menu lists the following information.


✔   Time

✔   Device Name

✔   Device Type

✔   Country

✔   IP
