Profile Settings

The Profile Settings menu is no longer available in the left-hand navigation menu under the Share list. In order to access the Profile Settings menu, you must open the Profile dropdown in the upper right corner of the screen and select Profile Settings.

Once you have accessed the Profile Setting menu, you will notice a similar layout as in the old Web Client. The main difference is that the Full Name field is now split into First Name and Last Name. The information you had in the Full Name field will be present in the First Name field, allowing you to update it accordingly.

What can I do on the profile page?

When you are created as a user, your administrator can only set your Email address and user name. You can customize other information about yourself here, in the Profile menu.

This is also the place where you can set up or edit your 2FA settings and access your 2FA recovery codes. Click here to see how.

To get here, click on Profile in the left menu of the web client.

Change your information:

✔  Type your info under the corresponding fields (i.e., First Name, Last Name, Title, Phone).

✔  When you are done, click the Save button below.

  Your changes are now saved.

Upload or change your profile picture:

  Click on the Choose Picture button. 

✔  This will prompt you to select an image from your machine.

✔  When you are done, click the Save button below.

✔  Your changes are now saved.

NotePicture Requirements:

1. Must be a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or SVG

2. Up to 4 MB

The email address can't be changed or modified. If the user wants to update or change it to a different email address, a new user with that address must be created.
