New Company


Click on the company icon in the left side menu


Here you will be able to "Add Company" in the top menu. 


Fill in the fields needed with your data


  1. Name: This is the name of the company.

  2. Admin User: This is the email of the first admin user on this company.
    If it's a new user, he/she will be created and an invitation email will be sent to set his password.
    The user will also receive a notification email telling him/her that they have been added as an admin.

  3. *Optional: Mandrill key is optional, if none is entered, it will use the reseller's email templates,
    and if the reseller doesn't have one, RushFiles' email templates will be used.

  4. *Optional: Mail service email is optional and is the sender of the emails from the system.
    If none is entered, it will use the resellers and if the reseller doesn't have one, RushFiles' will be used.

  5. Max storage: This is the storage the company is set to have.
    This is not a hard limit, meaning the company can exceed this.

  6. Max users: This is the users the company is set to have.
    This is not a hard limit, meaning the company can exceed this.

  7. Active Directory Settings: This can be set when creating the company, but can also just as easily be set afterwards.

* only one of the fields has to be filled out / not possible to use both, if Mandrill API is used, the sender email is set in on the Mandrill template.


A save button should now be available, click it to save the company.
