In Mac Client versions 3.0.0 - 3.0.2, the virtual drive may not mount after the client is restarted. This occurs occasionally after installing multiple brands (eg. RushFiles and a white-labelled brand) without rebooting the Mac in-between.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Reboot the Mac and check if the drive is mounted. This should solve it in most cases.
2. If it's not mounted yet:
- log out of the app
- reboot the Mac
- log in to the app
- check if the drive is mounted
3. In case it is still not mounted:
- log out of the app
- go to:
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/FileProvider
- delete this folder:
com.rushfiles.clouddrive.fileprovider
- reboot the Mac
- log in to the app
- check if the drive is mounted.
