Files last updated by version 2.5.0 may occasionally fail to open in version 2.5.1, due to an issue in v2.5.0.

Restarting the client will solve this problem. Performing a re-login to the application will prevent this from happening - provided that no other file creation or update is done using version 2.5.0 in the shares the user has access to. 

Therefore, it is recommended that:

  • Every user updates to version 2.5.1 as soon as possible.
  • Every user performs a re-login as soon as each client in their respective organization is updated to version 2.5.1.
