For now, we have undefined behavior with the latest macOS version and FUSE, which our application uses to mount the virtual drive. This means that mounting the drive might not work on the first attempt. Therefore, if the drive does not mount, please try again by Exiting and Starting the client again. If the issue persists, please contact your RushFiles reseller.

Apple are actively working on tracking down and fixing bugs in macOS 11. However, currently there are a handful of bugs in Big Sur that FUSE developers cannot implement a workaround for.
