There seems to be an issue with the latest update from Windows. 


Our RushFiles client, can on some machines not run and you will get an error saying "RushFiles stopped working" 


This issue is not related to RushFiles. 


There seems to be a pattern and from our internal tests, is antivirus programs, cleaning programs etc. what causes the error. 

If you get this error, please try to uninstall all your antivirus programs, cleaning programs etc. and restart your machine. 


*** NOTE ***


You can on your RushFiles shortcut on your desktop right click and click "Troubleshoot compatibility"

When the windows shows you some options to try, select "Try recommended settings" 


When it's finishes the client should now work again.
