One of the reasons for a sync that is blocked can be an error in the current version of the application.

If you locate the logfiles, use shortcut %localappdata%/rfuserdata/logs or navigate manually to C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\RfUserData\Logs and open the folder from the correct date and open the logfile with the sharename where the file is stuck.

If the logfile is similar to this, please follow the steps in the end of this article.

How to fix it?

If you locate the file on the share where the file is being blocked.

Start with a copy of the file to a local location on your drive, e.g. Desktop

Delete the file on the share (In some cases you might need to delete it on the web-client as well)

Within 2 minutes should the upload continue to the next file in the upload queue

When the synchronization starts again, copy the file back to the share and let the synchronization run.

I already tried this?

If you already tried this, please create a ticket and attach the log files
